Mission
To improve the life of each individual we work with in the domains of pain, overall physical health, fitness, mental health and quality of life. By providing careful, considerate and compassionate mobile based or telehealth services we aim to bridge the inconvenience which can lie in accessing quality therapy services. Our mission is to also provide you with a high-quality service that incorporates integrity, honesty, respect, diversity, empowerment and non-judgement. Our Services
Aged Care Support Coordination
We offer you full support Coordination for only 5% (Charged for your Home Care Package, you don’t pay for this) because we will work with your current Aged Care Provider support.
SOS Medical Alarm
If there is an emergency, the pendant will notify the SOS Monitoring centre, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
Clinical Nursing
Clinical Nurse can provide advice and support for clients and Disability Support and Aged Care Providers. Our Nurses are passionate about supporting people with complex health needs.
Digital Medicine
We have the most advanced technology which can give our specialist team data remotely on assessment performed using our digital equipment in the comfort of your own home.
Mobility Equipment / Consumables
Our team will support you get approval for your products easily and quickly we are a one stop shop, we have our own in house Allied Health team, saving you time and money.
